Phosphino Polynaleic Anhydride(PPMA)

PPMA is developed by the company Nalco in the late 1970s, revival in the 1990s. Japan's Kao Corporation studied the substance and its copolymers in detail in the late 80s, and promote it . Katayama company also use it now . PPMA is a form of CP bond, hard to be hydrolyzed, is a low-phosphorus scale inhibitor. As the molecule contains both phosphonic acid group and a carboxylic acid group, which has an organic phosphine chelation and corrosion inhibition and polymer dispersion properties. And it has good corrosion inhibition to brass .It is a new phosphorus cathodic corrosion inhibitor, has a dual synergistic effect and good dispersion for CaCO3, Ca3 (PO4) 2, MgSiO3 scale category salts. It has better performance than HPMA , MA / AA and good solubility properties with zinc and zinc ions .It can stabilize and improve the solubility of zinc, even when in the PH is 9.5,also makes the zinc salt dissolved. When it is compounded with zinc salt, the steel corrosion rate can be reduced to 0.1mm / a or below. Compounded with BTA ,it can control Cu, Al and alloys corrosion.
